These Terms govern your use of Surplix (Surplix). By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Service Scope
Surplix provides software workflows for inventory processing, listing generation, repricing assistance, and connected marketplace operations.
Account Responsibilities
- - You are responsible for account access, credentials, and actions taken under your account.
- - You agree to provide accurate business and listing information.
- - You must comply with eBay policies and applicable laws.
Connected eBay Access
By connecting eBay, you authorize Surplix to act on your behalf within the scopes you approve in eBay OAuth. You may disconnect or revoke access at any time in your account settings and eBay app settings.
Payments and Plans
Paid plans are billed as selected at checkout. Fees, billing intervals, and plan limits are presented at purchase time and may be updated with notice.
Disclaimer and Liability
Surplix is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not promise marketplace outcomes, sales results, or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the prior 12 months.
